This coastal-inspired, family forward, and contemporary design focused on livable spaces that feel fresh and meet everyday needs. The couple downsized from their previous home and went all in on full time beach front living. With 3 grown children and a grandkids on the way, we designed the furnishings and fixtures with flexibility for hosting and family gatherings. At the same time, as working professionals the owners needed a space that was zen - an escape and safe space from the noisiness of working life.

Designed for the buyer who refuses to compromise, this custom Santa Rosa Beach spec home blends transitional elegance with warm, coastal soul. White oak floors, sun kissed white walls, and layered lighting set a luminous foundation, while custom tile work and thoughtfully mixed metals bring personality and polish to every corner.
